A bit of a disappointment when the scanner didn't work right out of the box. A little troubleshooting and a quick chat with support and I hooked it up to my laptop and off we went. Scans great amazing settings for my needs and more, impressed with fast and responsive online customer service.

I don't normally write product reviews. However, this scanner is by far the best I have ever used. It even reads our metal asset tags without a single hiccup and very quickly. It is solidly built and easy to use. I just plugged it in, added an input suffix and off we went. Plastic setting cards are also pleasant to the touch.

Works great! I couldn't be happier. It's fast and I really like that it can be used wirelessly. Another collaborator on this project brought a Symbol scanner from work, and this ScanAvenager was just as fast and could read packing tape, which Symbol sometimes had trouble with. The battery life is impressive, as is the wireless range. Windows 10 just accepted it and it worked without downloading anything.

The ScanAvenger worked quite well. I've used it a few times to scan barcodes on various network devices into Excel. After connecting the wireless USB port to the laptop, the scanner will quickly connect to the laptop. Additional software is not required. No additional user action was required. The scanner looks and feels premium. I had to contact customer service for some advanced methods and customer service was fantastic. They answered my question within minutes and understood the project well. A smart stand is significantly better than a basic stand, especially since you don't need to connect a cable to the scanner to charge it.
