On default settings, it has a very bright backlight, which many have complained about in other reviews. However, you can set this up in their menu. Yes, as the name suggests, this is an absolutely fantastic monitor. But if you don't have speakers or headphones to plug in, you can't have a good time. No surprises, good or bad* for an IPS panel at 144Hz, 2560x1440, 1ms; Super bright, will burn out your eyes until you adjust. Convenient screen positioning features, almost all adjustments, including 90 degree rotation. I have no regrets other than wishing it was a 3840 x 2160 panel :). *Edit 09/09/2022: A surprise found "HDMI 2.0 144Hz" on this monitor allowed me to have 144Hz with Win 7 on an older PC. to prevent this on another monitor with a higher frequency - good!

Overall, some say the performance is great for the price. Cheap gaming monitor. Remember that quality control is an issue. We had to return the first one due to a significant backlight leak from the top bezel. It seems to be a common problem with them. The second was ok.

This monitor is very large out of the box, packaged and very well protected along with the included hardware. The picture quality is amazing when I pair it with my PS5. In this case, you can only work with a resolution of 1440P / 60HZ, since the monitor has HDMI 2.0 instead of 2.1.

Well I got scammed All three of my HDMI 1.4 ports. The point now is to buy a DisplayPort adapter to get 1440p 120Hz. However, 1440p@60 is great, but 120 fps is better.

The brightness is 446 nits, which is good enough for a dark room. Gaming - 144Hz runs as expected with barely noticeable input lag when paired with the g502 hero. Picture quality - colors usually look ok for the price. I found the black levels to be terrible and the backlighting to be pretty poor on all three models I bought.

I liked this monitor about a week ago. It started flickering, blinking, and weird digital distortions appeared.
