Great scheduling tool and great support too

I like how easy it is to setup my schedule, when available for me in real time or scheduled future! It's not always as simple with some of our other programs but this one has been very straightforward so far!! We have had few issues over our 2 years using Scheduledready though we hope they are fixed soon because many times those who use them don't realize all their options until later which can delay things sometimes - however nothing major yet from us. Just wish there was more flexibility…

  • Easy to understand
  • User friendly interface.
  • Updates often even multiple weeks before start date given
  • Eliminates needlessly entering data into system each day just b4 shift ends.
  • No longer needs inputting same info again &again daily..even weekly schedules stay up too long.so less work overall

This product has exceeded expectations - especially from payroll perspective

I like how easy it is to use, there's nothing too complicated about the program. It works great with my insurance provider. The only problem we are having is with the system not always accurately tracking when an employee actually clocks in. That causes a few issues for us as we have to manually enter time cards into the system. It doesn't seem as though this is going away anytime soon. Very Accurate yet challenging due date change issues

The product is very accurate in terms of data input, however sometimes you have no way to know if an entry was made correctly or not! There are times when it does appear correct but then later will show "entry has been changed" - so always double check what your entered versus as displayed by S/R!!
