It wasn't easy to use and it wasn't easy to clean the leaves unless you have a chute for rinsing the leaves. Also, after about 10 uses, the spring loaded part fell off. I figured I could just screw it back on, the threaded part was plastic and looked like metal and it broke. It's really no use.

I received the infuser and have used it several times. I bought this infuser for ginger root tea and it works really well! When done, the ginger bits come out very easily, which is exactly what I was looking for. It's very easy to use and the ball is big. It is easy to fill and easy to empty and clean. I'm glad I stumbled across this and will be recommending this infusor to all my friends.

I bought this product 5 months ago and enjoy using it, but just last week I picked it up to use it and the top half of Ball fell off the handle. the back of the handle and becomes useless if I don't take the time to solder it back. I've used it sporadically so I'd say it hasn't fallen apart from overuse or rough ironing. It's still a generally useful design, but in my experience it needs a better and more robust design.

The price is right and it does what it should. With my first cup, I noticed that quite a bit of loose tea got into my cup. There was a small gap between the two sides of the infusor. I was speechless. The next day I received an email from the company's founder asking if I liked the infuser. So I told him about my problem and he sent me a leaflet on how to fill in any gaps! It worked. What customer service! Now there is no more loose tea in my cups and I am 100% satisfied.

I've used mine twice and I love it. I threw away my old strainer and will use it for my green tea. Great design and very easy to clean. Since my original purchase I have ordered 3 more as gifts with small containers of specialty green tea. The infuser is of excellent quality, the seller is very pleasant to work with. I have never used loose tea because it looks so dirty. The diffuser works great. Simply push the plunger to separate the two halves and extract what you need. Let it sit back and shrug off anything that might be sticking out of the rim. I use it with my Keurig and just run hot water into a diffuser cup. It's not ideal.
