Good handles, easy to adjust for installation

I bought two of these for two closets in my 1940's house. Nothing in the old house seems to be standard. With both doors I had to adjust the locking plates on both doors differently. I bought several Kwiki sets from Home Depot because they had bad threads. Schlages are much better made and worth the price. I have a matching set of bath/lock handles and they are great too. Looks good but is flimsy

This handle matches the existing handles in our new home. It's as easy to install as any other door knob I've seen. I got this to replace an existing handle that didn't match others in the house so no drilling or other installation steps were required. However, this particular door pulls a little on the carpet, requiring you to close the door. It's fine until the handle falls off, which happened to us. Good leverage but width should be considered when looking for leverage

The levers are really nice when you're older so why not get tight now. They are really beautiful and great quality, one thing I didn't think of before replacing all the handles in my house is the width and size of them (how far they stick out from the door on each side). at home, and some doors aren't wide, especially when entering a closet, and that extra inch or so is annoying.
