Mistakes are good for door hardware and locks

It was easy to install at first and looked pretty. Understood directions we are not clear. I had to manually disable another to understand that I had to reset the lock. As long as it works well

These electronic door locks do not work properly!

The replacement has the same problems as the original. The electronic part does not work. I want my money back. I am sending both back tomorrow but need a return label for the original as well. Many Thanks.

Won't lock and won't open

I bought this lock for my new house not too long ago and after installation the lock wouldn't open/close. We tried several times but it just didn't work. Unfortunately I have to return it as it is very pretty and looks good. In addition, the material is great. I hope that doesn't happen with other locks. I would like to exchange it for a working one and not return it. I only give 2 stars because the material is high quality and stylish.

Excellent key trap

The lock comes with detailed and easy to understand instructions. The installation didn't take too long. The lock is better than comparable products from major brands such as Weiser and Schlage. The pin connector on my previous Weiser Smart Lock is too loose to make a good connection. This lock is a much better design and I don't think the pin headers will fall apart in the long run due to door movement. Changing the battery is also easier compared to my Weiser lock. Good design/specs/material, easy installation, easy setup, right price

This unit was perfect for me to replace my stock top latch and doorknob as I just wanted something with a locking keypad (but on purpose NOT connected to WiFi) and with a vertical doorknob (as opposed to a round doorknob) and the additional use of a physical key. The oil paint we chose looks beautiful. The 4-piece outer keypad, outer door handle and inner door lever are all solid metal, and the inner latch/battery box is plastic body and solid black (color is not affected by oil)…
