🚲 SCHWALBE Bicycle Tube | 26 x 1.5-2.5-Inch | Presta Valve (40mm) Review

Bought to use as a spare and when I went to use it the hose had tears in the seam and another hole due to rubber wear. Very cheap

I've used them with Schwalbe Dureme and very rarely (only once every few years) drove around town daily (and often through glass and other debris). Holds pressure really well too - I pump at most once a month or so (but I have to say I don't give a damn about a few psi and only pump to 60).

Built a DJ bike, decided to run some Schwalbe desktops and decided to put some matching Schwalbe lights on there. I don't worry too much about weight saving and tubeless riding because I never use low pressure on the chains. The Presta valve stems look a little long so I'll be looking for shorter ones in the future. So far the lamps have withstood all my gimmicks.

I bought 4 SCHWALBE bike tubes with 40mm Presta valve, 26 x 1.5-2.5 inch. the tube is fixed around the valve stem. It was a pretty obvious leak, so it looks like quality control is limited. Be sure to check your bottles before the 30-day return period is up.

I have purchased and used these bulbs before and have been happy with them. However, this time there was a hole in the tube when I first took it out of the box and did a test inflation. So quality control can be an issue here. What I can say with certainty is that I am unhappy that this defective product sold by Revain cannot be returned as defective and replaced. Poor quality hose. Schwalbe is well known for high quality premium tyres. However, the tubes were disappointing. The hose itself is thick and holds air pressure for a long time. However, the valve seam is bad. In the middle of a fairly easy ride, a valve seam broke and I was stuck in a flat. That was my backup hose and because it failed around the valve I couldn't fix it.
