An excellent upgrade for your hybrid bike.

Attach these to my Kona Splice Hybrid. Ride them for over 1,800 miles, mostly on paved bike trails, with some trails mixed with road and gravel. Q. You were outstanding. I ride great and even with all those miles I still feel like I have about 1000 miles left. I changed them after the first 600 km. I'm 6ft 2" and a size 212. Not sure how they would fit on a road bike if you're looking for speed, but as a replacement for the all-terrain tires that come mounted on many hybrids, these are a greatโ€ฆ

Great tyres: Tires

These tires are great. I've been using them on my Trek 520 touring bike for 5 years. What I like best is the puncture resistance without rolling resistance. From time to time I still get an apartment, but much less often. They seem to have a long life. Folding board reduces weight. I had never heard of Schwalbe tires until 5 years ago when I joined a cycling group for a trip from Montana to Alaska. All other riders, except me and one other, had swallows. They were almost out of records and when

Don't want an apartment? You don't want to do without high speed?

I've been using these for about 4 years for 34 miles round trip. I just don't want to deal with apartments. I'd rather have a 2 minute drive (or whatever people say adding a heavy/slow tire) than an unexpected 15-20 minute fix that makes me late for an appointment. I like their grip (riding a lot in the rain) compared to a regular marathon or something like a Specialize armadillo. I get about 6,000 miles per tire (rear) compared to about 4,000 with other brands, so it's worth the extra effortโ€ฆ

Love, resilience, grip, great handling

These are great tyres. They are 200 times better than the OEM Schawlbe tires that come with this bike. I have the 35 but would buy a larger size next time for a softer and more responsive ride. They have very good grip, they're flexible and feel nice, and they have less drag than the latest tires with more aggressive, nodular treads. I'm an urban racer. 10-15 km per day. The cost of these tires put me off at first, but I was so dissatisfied with the harsh handling of my other tires that Iโ€ฆ

Can you love a bicycle tire?

In my case the answer is yes. The Schwalbe Marathon Supreme (700x38) is the perfect tire for my bike and my riding style. I have used other tires most recently the Continental Gator Skin (700 x 35) which I have put on for over 3000 miles with no problems, punctures or complaints. They were and still are great tires for me. As I was preparing to replace the Conti, I decided to fit the old Schwalbe Marathon Supremes that were on the bike (700 x 40) that had probably done over 3000 miles on it and

There is also a good protector. I recently swapped the front and rear.

I bought 700c x 35mm Schwalbe Marathon Supreme tires for my commuter bike. I bought it almost two years ago and have driven about 3,000 miles back and forth on city/suburb roads to and from work. Later, I opted for 700c x 40mm wider tires for a bit more comfort on bumpy roads. No punctures. There is also a good protector. I recently swapped front and rear tires because I noticed the rear tire was more worn. I was at my local bike shop recently and asked the chief mechanic to rate the profileโ€ฆ

Convenient, durable, no flat surfaces and FAST!

These tires (Schwalbe Marathon Supreme, 700cx 35mm) are by far the best tires I have ever ridden! I have a Surly Long Haul Trucker with Continental Contact 700c x 37mm. I probably drove 100 miles on the stock configuration before deciding the tires should just go. I felt very sluggish on the Contis because the tires were so heavy it was difficult to spin them up to accelerate from a standing start. I was planning a 600-mile tour of Michigan's west coast along Lake Michigan, so I knew I wantedโ€ฆ
