TO EDIT! FITS - Radio Wiring Harnesses

Will not fit 1998 Toyota Camry. My factory wiring had only one harness connector. It comes with 2. None come up. If one would fit, it wouldn't work because the second connector controls power and speakers. What happened, skosche? TO EDIT! It's wearable. My car had a workaround for a single DIN radio that was neatly wired from the factory to a single connector. Other people having the same problem may have the same solution. Simply locate the 2 connectors that look like they should not be…

    Good wiring harness

Another good Scosche product. Here's the breakdown: Pros: Works great. I've had it installed for about 6 months now and haven't had any problems. Pretty easy to assemble. Cons: Instructions weren't very clear. The colors of the cables didn't exactly match the colors on the main unit, but that's fairly common. Some research in the main unit manual solved this problem. Conclusion: A great wiring harness for connecting an aftermarket head unit to your vehicle. Just note that wire colors aren't…

    Better than the picture

My harness came with connectors on both ends, not just the factory end of the harness. Although as a dummy I thought they had sent me the wrong part as it wasn't shown in the photo with the wires exposed for connection to the secondary stereo, I realized that the end I had cut off had a connector, which could be plugged directly into the secondary stereo. All I had to do was unplug one on my Alpine and plug this in. It also has other parallel jacks to add more amps and speakers if you decide to

Fits and works on my 2006 Tundra

Firstly, no matter what the Revain results say, this will fit my 2006 Tundra Dual Cab WITHOUT the JBL system. Obviously there's a lot of confusion with Toyota stereos, certainly for the first-gen Tundra. If you have a standard JBL system or a system with rear entertainment or even a system with rear headphone jacks, you also have an external series amplifier. If you have an access booth, you most likely have it, no matter what standard radio it comes with. These radios have a 20-pin connector…

    Buy all parts before fitting

Sometimes you open the radio compartment and find that the factory made a modification mid year. It's a good idea to have all the installation tools you can have. Being able to connect at will is a lifesaver. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. During installation, it's nice to be able to prepare the necessary wiring harness "on the workbench" and not hang it upside down under the dashboard! I lay on my back in the driver or passenger seat for several hours with my legs dangling in the
