Excellent ice scraper for the freezer. I bought this to replace the scraper that came with my GE freezer. It's a much better design than the cheap scraper that usually comes with a freezer.

I purchased this ice scraper as a stand alone ice maker. The scraper does exactly what I want without damaging any parts of the ice cream maker. It's big enough for the space and the scraper is perfect for removing frost and ice.

Suitable for very light frosts. It's not designed for heavier accumulations of ice, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that the blade broke in two trying to remove the ice from it.

My bar fridge freezer came with a chinsey plastic scraper. It lasted about 4 years before cracking so badly and eventually breaking. Owned it about a year ago and believe it will outlive the original - maybe for life. It looks like a high quality little ice scraper that is definitely not flimsy plastic.

This scraper is thin and light. I needed something to remove the frost that had built up in the gasket area of my freezer. It helped a lot. Years ago my parents had a shovel that would remove the frost and maybe scoop up a full jar of snow so it didn't fall into the freezer. I couldn't find a scraper like this but it works fine.
