Makes handling your circuit much easier!

For those of us wiring directly to the ESP32 pins, this saves a lot of headaches. Connections are easy to switch, swap, jump, etc! This increases the footprint of your project, but I found that I actually left the breakout board portion of the final product because if you ever need troubleshooting or maintenance, you don't need to go to the board level (where applicable), things done to achieve this.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors are here

Good board but wrong row spacing

This is a high quality board but unfortunately the connectors are 1.0" apart while the pins on the ESP32 I have are 0.9". are distant from each other. This is only mentioned in one of the existing reviews. When looking for sizing info, it turns out that some modules have the pins spaced 0.9" apart while others are 1.0" apart. Nowhere have I found a reference to the distance between the rows. I thought there might be a problem, so I also bought a PUSOKEI Development Expansion Board Module…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Good alternative to breadboard with esp32

Esp32 is wider than middle part of my breadboard which makes it difficult to connect it with pins. I can screw the connectors to the right places on the screw terminals. I was also able to hack and use this board with esp32S. The width of the ESP32 is smaller than the socket to accommodate the chip. So I added pin headers to the ESP32 and widened them enough to fit on this board, dropping the 5V and CLK pins since the ESP32 has 2 pins less. as an outlet. In general it works great.

  • Comfortable to use
