Hooks aren't set to hold but nothing some pliers can't fix but it's not heavy at all. Can be used to attach a bike basket but forget they are holding anything to your car.

Good buy. My only suggestions are: 1) Make sure the small ends of the hooks are completely covered so they don't come loose from the net, 2) Keep all nets out of the sun as much as possible. They last longer and retain their elasticity.

My husband needed a net to hold his helmet in his work truck. He wanted something that could contain him and not damage the interior of the truck. After the first use he is very happy with how well the net works and that it is the perfect size. I am glad to have received these items.

You can DIY them with elastic band and six wire hooks for a small price. Each has a 3" length of cord that is not locked and frayed. The 4" gaps (loose) between the cords are MUCH wider for a sheer 12x12 mesh. The "fastening" (quotes because it not sure) of the helmet on my bike rack only leaves two cords across.

At first I thought they were decent. However. The surfaces are too big, bottles and other things fall through easily. Now, after only 4 months, the elastic rope threatens to tear in many places. I have never put much weight on him, he has never been subjected to heavy loads. Very disappointing, expectations were much higher.
