I love this hub: Computers and accessories

I love this hub: Cons: 1) extremely hard to find on Revain2) no LED statues 3) very hard to get technical info on this hub. The seller simply does not have any additional information. I'll provide some of the advantages: Advantages: 1) comes with an A to masterboard cable (nice touch). It only uses one of the motherboard's two channels, so you can use a two-amp motherboard splitter if you need another unused port from the motherboard. I tested this with an AA cable and a USB port on my case. 2)

Pros
  • even the old fashioned can understand
Cons
  • clarity

Perfect for what I need it for

Perfect for what I need it for The motherboard connector seems well made and fiber reinforced, it doesn't feel cheap (the end plugs into a USB 3.0 port). The only problem I see for some users is that the connector is very tight (mobo header). a little force to remove the plug, so be careful and take your time

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Very well made and simple item.

Easy to install and set up. Ideal for 3.5 bay. ADVANTAGES: - Simple but thoughtful design. It is powered by the SATA cable power connector, which guarantees support for the highest USB speeds. - The logic board has a female USB connector, this end of the cable is NOT soldered. Which is very nice. I've already used the same type of cable connected to the motherboard USB3 connector, but this is a 2-cable splitter. So I used mine. I only had to buy a short USB AA cable (both ends male) to connect…

USB 3.0 speeds on USB to VGA adapters

All I wanted was a USB 3.0 USB and card reader. The ones I looked at had a high rate of port or reader slot failures. And readers could only read at a speed of 2.5. So since I was using a Kingston Mobilelite G4 SD card reader, I decided to buy this 3.0 port box, put it in an external case and add the Kingston Mobilelite G4 SD card reader to read and write at true 3.0 speeds use. The device is connected to my laptop with a 1.6 foot 3.0A USB cable. The power cord is not required for operation as…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • No performance

Great addition to computers and accessories

Overall it worked great, I now have 4 USB 3.0 ports that I didn't have before. The only "problem" I had was that my computer case used rails to install devices into the drive bays. This USB device is not the full size/shape of a floppy disk drive. Also, I could not screw the rails to the device properly. This created a problem when using splints as they would not fit properly which resulted in some twisting. Ultimately after a full install this became less of an issue and it works great and…
