Not for me - safety and survival

I wanted something waterproof to store my car keys and phone while sailing in the sea. The worst thing about this backpack is that the pocket is too small. There is no space to store much of anything. Maybe you could hide some bills and coins, that's all. When you fold the top to secure the velcro it doesn't make good contact and starts to open. The zippers were waterproof when I tested them, but I wouldn't trust taking anything of value without a better seal. I like that you can adjust the…

It keeps your car dry

Good but not for all scenarios - I plan to use it when traveling to warm places, when spending time at the beach :) or even taking it with me to kayak through a Replace wet factory from a rental company - it will cost you about $100. that solves the problem. So what is it. Offers enough space for hotel card, cash and car keys. will not fit in your mobile phone unless you have a small one, e.g. a very small one. So why not 5 runs - it's a bit of a concern that the stitching isn't holding up…

It really works! in camping

To be honest, my expectations were low. However, I've been looking for something similar at a beach resort over the coming week. I put my phone in a waterproof case, but I've found that these cases tend to be "mostly waterproof" and I need a safe place to store my phone when I'm done anyway. Most waterproof bags I've seen are large. I may be getting old, but I'm not a fanny pack. At least not yet. It's big enough for my phone and a few small items. And it's totally waterproof. It has a very…

Not for me: survival kits

Too small and uncomfortable for me, the opening is quite narrow and you have to roll the top too many times to get to the velcro which makes it very small . I would prefer a square bag hanging from a belt with pleats at the bottom, the bottom of this bag is like an origami boat which makes it fall forward and bulge too much, that bothers me. With my phone, protein bar, and keys in this belt, I can zip it up, but I can't roll it up and velcro it. It's a good harness if you're only going to put…

But when do you use it?

I received this blue waterproof storage belt to replace a worn out belt that I have been using while running and cycling. I usually use it for my Samsung Galaxy S8, Jabra buttons and headphones (when I'm not wearing them in my ears). I love having a "waterproof" container when I'm running in the rain (which happens about every third day in Hawaii). at the top before attaching with Velcro (like a stuff sack). The "height" (bottom to top) of the band is limited by design, so it expands outward as

Good water belt with some room for improvement

Very happy to use this belt for glacier kayaking in Alaska. It should work perfectly! The material is like a thick raincoat. Seams are well taped and it appears to be very well constructed except for one issue - velcro. I'm taking off a star because the velcro isn't what I would have preferred. The rough and tangible part is right on the back of the belt, so it fits snugly on the body and snags on your clothes. against my skin, it would rub against my skin and cause pain. If they just swap the…

Keeps my stuff dry in Safety & Survival category

As an avid runner, I often get caught in a downpour at certain times of the year. I always have a storage strap to carry my ID, cash/credit cards, an inhaler, a key fob and sometimes a phone.+ Now my money, ID and most importantly the key fob can stay dry. My phone is already waterproof and I use it all the time while jogging, at the beach or in the pool. So it doesn't matter if it fits or not. But all other essentials stay dry and I can keep them with me whether it's raining or swimming at the

Looks very durable.

This small storage belt seems to be very durable as it is made of thicker material. I was worried it might not fit my waist since I have a large waist. Surprisingly, it can be folded out quite far and sits comfortably. Putting something small like money or keys on the belt will keep it thin. If you put something larger in the band, that's it. It further lengthens the band and fills the look of a large bag. As you can see in the last picture above, my Galaxy 5 with case fits perfectly in my…
