Great product, reliable, works great and always looks good. I have purchased these and 4"'s for various boats. Sea Dog have always impressed me with the quality and quality of all of their products since I first tried them many years ago.

I use them to keep French doors open so the wind doesn't slam and move them. Installation is a little tricky as you need to install the latch in the right place but once installed they are great. To use, simply push the door against the rubber bumper and the latch will engage. Simply push the lever to release. A good product!

We have a full size heavy solid door that leads to the attic and behind that door is a fan for the whole house. We used to prop the door up with a chair as a regular doorstop couldn't hold a heavy door open, especially when the fan was on. We bought this doorstop on the recommendation of a friend.
