I accepted delivery of the STEL6000100 Seagate Backup Plus Hub 6TB External Desktop Hard Drive from Revain.com on 20th December 2017. Within about 30 days. it worked as expected. Quiet and reliable. However, after that, my HP Pavilion 570-p094 desktop running Windows 10 intermittently didn't recognize the drive. After restarting my computer, the problem seemed to go away on its own. This condition lasted for several weeks. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter, the drive began to rattle and rattle.
