Great Tool For Tracking Ticket Progress

The most helpful feature for me personally was that I could keep track of all my tickets through one dashboard, which made it easy keeping up! A few problems were solved by this product but nothing major came out from using them (yet). Also they are not very responsive or good at answering questions you may have about any features in general so be prepared if your question isn't answered right away sometimes - some things take time :/ But overall great tool once set everything works as…

Very good software with excellent support

I like the ease of use, it's very user friendly! The customer service has been great as well! It is easy for new employees to learn how to navigate through the system. For those who have used other systems before this one might be confusing at first but there are tutorials available which make learning easier. We were looking into different products that would fit our needs, we looked at many others and this product was the best option out there. They also offer additional training if you need…
