Great Tool For Tracking Ticket Progress

The most helpful feature for me personally was that I could keep track of all my tickets through one dashboard, which made it easy keeping up! A few problems were solved by this product but nothing major came out from using them (yet).

Also they are not very responsive or good at answering questions you may have about any features in general so be prepared if your question isn't answered right away sometimes - some things take time :/ But overall great tool once set everything works as intended :) It has helped us organize our ticket system better than other products we've used previously & also helps manage requests faster because there's only 1 place for everyone else who needs access into see what issues need attention first then assign those tasks accordingly! We're able to quickly respond back without having multiple people involved in every single issue since its centralized now instead off just being scattered.
