Disappointing Plastic Accessories for Boatingโ€

Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts beware! Through trial and error, I found that these plastic accessories werenโ€™t as waterproof as advertised. While they are lightweight and easy to install, they are not durable and can crack easily with normal use. One pro is that they come in multiple sizes to fit different boat parts, but the cons outweigh this benefit. Save your money and invest in higher quality accessories for your boating needs.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Efficient, good choice when running multiple lines

It's a bit pricey as all the electrical nipples go through the body, but there aren't many good options if you want to run multiple lines through the side of a travel path Trailer or camper, in my case between the solar panels I installed and the interior.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Okay

Great solution for multiple wires!

These Seaview oil seals work great. They are easy to install and look great once installed. My only complaint is that the rubber insert is difficult to drill out to fit properly, but that has more to do with the nature of the design and material than the product itself. Make sure your bits are sharp and make sure Make sure you measure the wiring and drill bits correctly (with a caliper).

Pros
  • Best in class
