This pannier is exactly as shown. It covers the bike very well and is of excellent quality. It's much better than my old pannier that I threw away when I moved.

I bought this to protect two folding carts. It fits perfectly. I can add more if needed. We've had at least three heavy downpours with strong winds. It stayed over the wagons and kept them dry.

Unlike most reviewers, I've used this on smaller bikes. 20 and 18 inches. It was more than large for our purposes, so we also covered a large tricycle. It has withstood constant sunlight, wind, and decent rain (but we don't have that much).

My husband and I have a bicycle. The cover fits me well but isn't big enough to fit on top. We had to send it back. It works really well to cover mine. However, it would be very helpful if there was a maximum measurement guide so the buyer would know in advance what bike size they were covering.

Good item for protection from dust and dirt but that's about it. It's also big enough to fit a Trek 21-inch mountain bike with extended handlebars with some extra room, which is nice. Definitely not big enough for two bikes. I wouldn't leave your bike covered with it in any rainy weather as it will bolt because the material is so thin.

I decided to write a review because I risked this product after reading some negative reviews. This is a great product. It protects 95% of my bike and I have a very large bike. I wish it was a little bigger and could protect the whole bike but I'm happy. It was raining like crazy and there was a lot of pollen. I feel comfortable knowing my bike is protected. The tip is a bonus and the price is right.

I bought this case 2 months ago for my MB. The goal was to cover my bike on the balcony. We live near the beach so rust is a big problem. This suitcase was perfect, very good fabric, big enough for my 26" MB. It has an elastic band at the bottom so it fits better and there are even little strings at the end to tie it. Definitely can't fit 2nd me tried it on my wife's bike which is a 26" wide handlebar Schwinn Cruiser and it fits perfectly so I bought a second one.
