Received today, used for dinner tonight. A very nice frying pan. A nice flat bottom that warms up evenly. Used on my flat electric stove. The instructions said to hand wash so I didn't use my dishwasher and hand washed and it was easy to clean. I will buy another.

I liked the even heat distribution in this pan. Maybe just used a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and cooked nicely for frying. good investment acceptable price. Not too difficult for me. In general, this is the brand I will stick with. Cleans like a breeze with a sponge and hot, soapy water. Do not use dishwashing sponges. No need. stayed 3 months. I use it often. No scratch.

I bought a frying pan even though I don't fry much. But I've cooked skinless, boneless chicken, with no oil, just with some Worcestershire sauce, and the result was simply excellent! The chicken was consistently evenly cooked and well browned, but not overcooked or dry. I will be buying more of these pans and getting rid of the old ones that don't work as well anymore!

Love this brand. I have 8" and 10" pans. i like them both I've been using them for almost a year and have never had any problems. I bought one, there aren't enough pans to roast cabbage or whole cauliflower. This is roomier and easy to stir in the pot without overflowing.
