Easy migration from Ticketer - Great Metrics

The ease of use is one of the best features I like about this product. It was simple to install and configure my account with my existing AD server. The reports are great as well! There isn't anything I dislike at this time. I do not think there is anything that could be improved upon either. This is a very user friendly tool. We used to have a lot of tickets in our ticketing system. Now all these tickets can easily be migrated into ServiceGeeni which has helped us a lot. Also we are able toโ€ฆ

  • Ticket types defined by users themselves instead having admin define them.
