Sfara is a company that helps businesses and consumers manage information over multiple devices.

For those who don’t know, This allows people to interact with each other across different devices (phone, tablet, laptop) as if they were in the same place. It has helped us tremendously in simplifying our business operations and in managing customer feedback. By allowing customers to send an email to any of our representatives from their phone or tablet, they no longer need to wait until they get home or office to communicate with us. Cons
  • There are lots of options to configure and adjust.
  • But we've found that it's still manageable and efficient once you figure out the workflow.
