After reading some reviews I was hesitant to order but I have bought Sherpa in the past and then tried another brand that had a terrible carrying case so I wanted Sherpa try again. The gray center support did not disappoint. From the easy-to-open box, I could tell right away that it was made of durable, quality material. I checked all the labels and they all said "Sherpa". I'm glad I chose this product and will happily throw away the old, flimsy, different brand I have in my possession.

The carrier (grey) we bought is actually a Sherpa. Several reviews mentioned there weren't any. We definitely did, it was a gamble and it paid off. Looks solid although we haven't used it outside of the house yet. We put it in for our cat to look at and she took a great nap in it one day so I think we're fine. I like that you can put different pads in it and that they are washable. I think our cat lends itself well to quick outings like fire drills or quick vet visits, and it'll be a lot easier

Just received this product, straight out of the box, my almost a year old kitten is covered in it! Without conviction!
