There are many reviews for this helmet so I'll stick with what I found. I carry a large one in every Shoei helmet I own. This one is no exception, although as my first full face I found it to be really snug fitting. Remember, not uncomfortable, but cozy. I bought the RF-1400 to replace my old model RF-1100 which was badly worn and out of service. As usual, Shoei carefully designed the RF-1400 with rider comfort in mind.
