I bought two of the 12" models to replace my cheap Chinese keyboard drawers that were in my built-in computer desk. They are much better built - thicker/harder metal, solid construction, good end bumper and the bearings run smooth and quiet. The rails also 'click' quietly with a slight 'pop' when you slide them all the way back and prevent that the drawer pops out unintentionally when the cabinet is not perfectly level etc. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and price and would definitely…

Easy to install, works great

Shop Fox runners look, work and install like any other full extension runner. That means they're easy to install and work great. The key is to leave 1/2" of space on each side of the drawer for the slides. Again, the same for all manufacturers. Also, 1/8" of space at the top and bottom for drawer spacing. They provide 12 screws, 3 for each section. The screws are small and I always worry they won't hold, but I've never had a problem pulling out a drawer. There are some pre-drilled holes to add…

I have been a freelance typist for several years and I have a bad habit of abusing my body. for the sake of convenience. As I type this, I'm lying on my side with my elbow on the armrest of the couch and both wrists (and my other hand) on the keyboard tray. I'm sure most people reading this know that 26 inches is a lot more than what is needed for a keyboard drawer. Many times…

Nothing worse than anything I've seen and at a great price.

I have to agree that these are quality drawer slides at a great price: they are solidly built, run smoothly and cost about 1/4 less than comparable items I could find locally. . If you've installed these slides before, no further instructions are needed, other than they require 1/2" clearance between the inside of the cabinet and the outside of the drawer on each side (1" clearance total). ). Also, if you've ever installed these types of rails, you know that the tolerances are pretty tight…
