Description of
- Very nice picture for my eye, excellent contrast, good sharpness at an open aperture -Works without problems in conjunction with EOS R through an adapter, it opens well on its 30 megapixels -Chromatic aberrations are not critical, easily eliminated during photo processing - Hood and case included -No retractable parts of the structure -No image stabilization -No image stabilization -No image stabilization -No image stabilization -No image stabilization -No image stabilization - With a filter thread diameter of 67 millimeters, which is very convenient, there is a wide variety of filters available.
- -The level of craftsmanship displayed in the painting (in a few spots, tiny bumps on the paint swelled up, and after that, they peeled off) -The quality of the gum that is located on the focus ring (which, after two years of usage, has developed a yellowish coating, whereas the gum that is located on my old 14-year-old 24-70 2.8 and 10-year-old 70-200 4.0 is still black) -Weight, despite the fact that it is generally unrealistic to anticipate that a lens with such specifications will be very light.
- Excellent design, sharpness from aperture 1.4, good bokeh
- Focus problems
- - Aperture (aperture 1.4 fully and unconditionally working) - the quality of materials (when you hold it in your hands, it inspires confidence that the lens is for centuries) - sharpness (incredibly sharp at any aperture)
- - there are shortcomings in the work of autofocus.

- This lens is outstanding for sigma.
- Cons: - Not the most dependable design - Issues with 5DM4 - Disappears in appearance over time
- This lens will make you fall in love with photography and consider taking it to a professional level because it is sharp in the open, has interesting bokeh, and has a fast aperture. It is quite adaptable, as it can be used for full-length portraits as well as half-length portraits; however, if you take larger plans, you will see that there is some distortion. This lens is simply a gem, and any photographer who is interested in portraiture absolutely needs to have it in their arsenal. It is my favorite in my collection. Rent it, and I assure you that you won't be sorry you did!
- The most significant disadvantage of Sigma lenses can be overcome by switching to a mirrorless full frame camera; I use a Kenon RP and have not experienced any difficulties with the autofocus on that camera. Yet, there is also a vignette on the one that is open, but for me, this makes absolutely no difference at all.
- a clear, crisp, appealing, and cool image
- From 0.8 meters, it won't be sharp unless a marriage occurs (read why in the comments)
