Not a bad deal for a well made pair of pliers.

Not a bad deal. Well made pliers with nice handles and serrated tips. The tips are a bit too big, so don't count on super-precise small jobs. The perfect size for a loop of electrical wire and quite heavy. They were a bit stiff as it looks like they dipped them in paint before gluing the pen caps on. A drop of light machine oil and they all work pretty smoothly.
