I like how easy it is to use, and how simple it is to navigate through the program. It's very intuitive, and you don't have to be an expert to figure out how to use it. One thing I wish there was more of was customization options. You can customize the way your doctors are displayed in the system, but not much else. I like how well it integrates with other systems as an email client, calendar etc., so its easy to use across all of our applications! Its not perfect but has been great in helping us reduce paper work/paper outflows from my office into patient files (and vice versa).
