Great for identifying connectivity and performance errors

The best part about this software has been its ability to identify faults within our telecom infrastructure as well as being able to monitor call quality across all devices we use at work (both mobile phones & laptops). We can now see if there are any issues with Wifi or 3G connections or even just general internet speed which helps us troubleshoot problems. I dislike that it's not easier to set up new wifi points/devices so sometimes you have to go back through each device individually but…

Pros
  • This product also keeps track over WiFi coverage where possible too..all these features mean my job becomes MUCH simpler since less calls from customers because their service fails due lack connection availability!!!!! :D lol :)

The company provides us with a very good quality report that includes many metrics.

This company provides us with a very good quality report that includes many metrics. The company offers a very good report with a lot of information, including the ability to create dashboards and compare data against other sites. There is also an option to compare data against our own performance metrics. I would recommend this tool to any customer because it is easy to use and understand. They do not offer a way to download reports as pdf or csv format, so I am unable to share them. However…
