Just what I needed in terms of hardware

These are great for smooth pocket door movement. Easy nail assembly. I had to bend the ends a bit so they wouldn't rub against the door.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Very durable! in hardware

We have several sliding doors in our house, and they all had cheap plastic sliders that broke incredibly easily. I saw them and decided to try them on a door. You are so strong! I have now converted all my pocket doors to this guide.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Great when installed correctly

They are designed to be installed behind the panel and at floor level. If you don't have access to this area, they won't work. Installed as intended, they are amazing. Much better than the ones in the door.

Pros
  • Economical
Cons
  • No instructions

I liked that very much. It is used to replace cheap.

I really liked it. It is used to replace the cheap open rails included with Johnson door pockets. It is very easy to install and remains hidden behind the fairing. Note that this is only recommended for new pocket door installations. Otherwise, the existing trim must be removed for proper installation.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some little things

Seems strong enough, but I've opted for an alternative setup.

Just cheap white plastic sloped ramps. Cut a notch behind the body parts. We use plastic and everything. You cannot adjust the thickness of this guide in relation to the door. I've included these instructions in rebuilding a sliding door for the first time and felt more confident in the capabilities of the cheaper custom white plastic kit. Was very happy with those for that.

Fits my door perfectly

This track fits perfectly on about half the sliding doors in my house. In fact, I'm ordering another one now. As another reviewer mentioned, a minimum of 1/2 inch clearance is required between the bottom of the door and the top of the surface you are installing it on. This is exactly what I've had on a couple of doors that run over uneven tiles, and at this point it was a much better guide than the others (the ones with 2 pieces that fit into one piece on each side of the door). If you don't…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Nothing
