We paid $14.00 for this in a store.We have a nine month old lab puppy. He's going through a "stage" where he is wonderful at home, but acts like a complete jerk out in public. We have literally had this toy for a little over an hour and our boxer has already torn a hole in the face. He has since removed a good portion of the stuffing. This toy is not so tough. Very disappointed.

My dog which is a poodle ripped it apart in 1 day. I bought this toy because it had many good reviews and the company says that it is long lasting and very "tuff" which is not the case. Sorry but not a penny worth!

We were searching for a relatively strong toy for our dog. She is not a tough chewer by any means, but her toys do wear down over time. She was able to tear this toy open her first day. It is rated an 8 on the tough scale. If you have a pet that chews any more aggressively than a sweet Golden Retriever this is not the toy for you.

within an hour my bull terrier and German Shepherdripped off the monkeys nose I sold it back on with fishing string and is held up a week so farso I'd say the only weak spot is the face so beware

Well, I won't ask for a refund since you state Limited Guarantee. My dog was excited to get your fun toy but had it torn apart about an hour after he started playing with it. An expensive experience.

This is a pretty large monkey! My dog is not an aggressive chewer . . . she's a medium chewer (Australian shepherd) . . . and so far this has held up nicely. Everything is reinforced except the ears (so those lasted 5 minutes). She hasn't even been able to rip the squeakers out of his hands, not for lack of trying. I will definitely try more of Tuffy's scale 8 toys!

We always call these toys by their name and Morris the Monkey - Our Lab Chloe goes and gets to play tug of war, or to show to friends who come by, or when she wants us to take it outside and throw it for her. These toys are very Durable and last for a long time! we buy 2 or 3 at a time, so we can be stocked up, when chloe deserves a treat!

This Tuffy toy is holding up pretty nicely. I know that they can be hit or miss but this particular toy seems to be durable. If you have a very aggressive I don't think it would last long. My dogs are moderate chewers and it is still kicking after a month or so. I would recommend.

I was hopeful about this toy because my boys had the tuffy ring for a very long time before destroying it. However it didn't last an hour before it was missing an ear. But it still has stuffing and a squeaker 👍. I was just hopeful for the price, that it would last a bit longer before they tore into it.

Product was fine for about 2 days by 3rd day strings where coming loose and dog had a field day chewing until he got to the foam n had to throw tow out I own few toys by this brand only survivor I have is the foam less donut ring

The toy lost some limbs and stuffing fairly quickly, so not sure about the claim that it is the worlds tuffest dog toy. It did last longer than lesser toys and the remains are still going strong though, and it hasn't been turned into a complete rag yet, so it was worth the money.

I thought this would be a challenge for my lab and border collie. Not so much. My yard was full of white stuffing after a day and a half.

This 'zoo animal monkey' is yet another addition to our dog's super toy chest (which is filled with pretty much all Tuffy characters)! They may seem expensive, but so worth it! The adjective, "durable" does not express enough.

My dog loves it. She is a crazy chewer though and it lasted about 3 hours haha but that's better than some toys have fared in the past. BarkBox Superchewer toys have at least lasted a few days though. I probably won't get another of these.

The monkey was not able to withstand my girl for more than an hour or two.I stick with the Tuffy toys for their ability to withstand my mastiff puppy, and this one just couldn't do it.It was torn open quickly. While not yet fully demolished, I have stuffing all over on day one.

Purchased the large version. It is most definitely LARGE. Stuffing did not last more than I day though. I have a 70lb GSD mix and a 60lb ACD mix, neither with insane chewing power. I expected more out of the product honestly. You can see the furballs super proud of their accomplishment in the photo.

I was really excited about these toys and ordered a couple of them, because I was willing to pay extra for quality. Unfortunately, it took my big boi all of 5 minutes to put a hole in the monkey’s head.
