The application itself bugs in places: the measurement history may not be displayed during synchronization. About sleep monitoring: it just exists and somehow it’s not very clear how it works. You will not see anything specific other than the duration of sleep (both deep and shallow). By the way, you can safely take the Chinese version. It's cheaper and everything works great. Now I recommend taking a closer look at the newer model, where, at least, the screen is brighter.

I use it solely because of the need to monitor the pulse (not for sports reasons). With this task, the bracelet copes perfectly. I tried daily monitoring of the pulse - yes, the battery is eating, but not critical; the data is quite accurate, it is very convenient to analyze the situation later. Sleep analysis is a funny thing, but I think it's more fun :) In general, a good fitness bracelet, waterproof, stable in operation, with easy data synchronization and a pleasant appearance.

I like everything, the price and quality are acceptable.

I use with iPhone. Initially, I had to connect to android and install 2022 firmware. After that everything is ok. Regarding notifications - the screen is small, words are transferred, it is normal to read short answers (yes, no, good, etc.), long messages are more difficult to read. Smartwatches are more suitable for notifications. The pulse correctly measures if the tracker is tightly pressed to the hand, the position for a more accurate measurement is indicated on the instructions.
