I particularly like that the standard measure is grams. I have other scales that measure in ounces and pounds but I need something more accurate and this works great. I use it to measure espresso coffee beans so I don't have to press the mode button to get the grams. I bought this scale to use to make coffee. From the start, Libra seemed flimsy and toy. 100% plastic, not very durable. I returned this scale for two reasons: 1 - The scale is inaccurate. Replaces 2 year old American AMW 2000 scales with stainless steel platform which has become unstable and sometimes shifts plus or minus 10-20 grams. This new smart scale is cheaper, all plastic, less expensive but actually very cheap.
