Hello, I have bought everything from you in the past and have been happy with the product. However, this device is a lemon. After unpacking, I read the manual. When the scales were switched on for the first time, an error message came up (see screenshot). I assumed they needed to be calibrated so I followed the instructions. However, no change. Not recommended. Even after calibration, the scale does not provide any reproducible measured values. It was used on a stable granite surface without drafts and vibrations. You can load a 10g calorie (about 10g) and then add a second 10g calorie (about 20g +/- 1%). Remove the 2nd weight and the 1st weight shows 9.5g (?!). Add the 2nd weight back to the reading (about 18g). Massive drift when weighing samples weighing 100-200 mg. Must be tared continuously (i.e. between each sample).

Definitely better than small eye cans but the cheap 1mg scales have accuracy issues and are possibly the worst offenders I've had. Inconsistent readings of the same item on attempts to reinsert it, fairly long warm up time requiring manual intervention to stop the unchanging 1 minute auto shut off timer, alarming tendency after weighing and removing something with readings like -0.04 to end, annoying number of unit settings for something that really only takes mg and beans, dimmed tare function

I got this to weigh my medication and use in making my own CBD oil. It's accurate, comes with calibration weights (very important) and even has a slot INSIDE the scale to hold one of these so you can quickly check accuracy on the go. I use this scale to measure powder charges for reloading. I have an electronic dispenser with scales and two different MFG'R reload scales. I measured my first 200 loads with this scale tested with other scales and this scale was always accurate. I can pour in the powder and the scales will shift.
