I love the case. It feels strong and durable and is very easy to open and assemble without having to read the instructions. It's much better than my old one. The bad news is the power adapter. It doesn't seem to produce enough power and my Raspberry 3b+ often freezes when the power icon appears on the screen. This means there is a lack of performance. This is an admittedly simple piece that would be easy to make with a CNC laser, but for $15 you can't beat it. I needed 2 things and got 4. Two things I needed: 1. A power supply that doesn't throttle the CPU/GPU due to low voltage2. Cooling solution that does not cause throttling due to high temperature. This case offers both of those things. When I received it it looked like it would be a daunting task to install, but it was actually very easy and only took a few minutes. This case is not only attractive but also the perfect protective cover for my new 2018 Pi. For assembly I used the manufacturer's video on YouTube. and found out that there is a pair of GPIO pins HIGH and LOW that we can use for the fan. I like this case less now than I did originally. I've found that there are identical covers here that come with a fan guard *included*. It would be nice if it was included. I like the look of the case, it's fairly easy to install and the fan does a *phenomenal* job of cooling the O/C'd 3b+ even at the 3V setting. I have no problems with the power supply that came with my board. Using *either* a Smraza cable with a known good power supply or using a Smraza power supply with a known good cable will result in low voltage issues even after the clock is factory reset and WITHOUT any peripherals.
