Great for managing multiple platforms at once

I like that it syncs well between our web chat system and Facebook messenger so we can track conversations more easily; as an admin of one channel you have access to all other platforms from your dashboard for easier management - no need to open multiple tabs or windows! Not much at this time but they are adding new features weekly which makes up for any problems in functionality. Try them out if you haven't already because there isn't anything too significant about their service right now…

Pros
  • I like that it is easy to implement and doesn't require too much work to get it all up and running it's almost intuitive
Cons
  • I wish it had a little more of a social media integration and a few more features I'm looking to add

Highly Effective Interactive ChatBot Feature

We used snapsol v2 for our customer facing chatbot feature in one of my client's website which was highly successful among all other features we have implemented over past years as well! Nothing specific but I would say it has been very good experience so far because everything went smooth without any issues or complaints from end users perspective at least till now!! It will be great if they can keep this up even after that too.. Yes definitely worth trying out by anyone looking forward…

Pros
  • Very easy to integrate with most popular CMS platforms(Wordpress, Joomla etc)
  • Easy enough usage; No coding required.
  • Provides best results compared its competitors
  • Great support team available 24x7 hours via email,
  • Highly responsive techies working behind their services : )
Cons
  • Not much variety (only 5 languages supported currently)
  • Less options provided during creation process
