My son usually wears an 8/10 so I chose a 10. It barely fits him and he definitely has nowhere to grow. I thought maybe I just measured my son wrong, but no. This is a great almost casual thin spring jacket for a 6 year old. True to size. It folds up to fit in a backpack in a small, compact form. Colors are a bit cheesy about camo with bright orange detailing and lining. I would have liked it better without the addition of orange but my 6 year old loves it so much I like the way it looks.
