This is a multi-region Blu-ray player no matter what it says on it. This will cause a lot of confusion as the Sony website doesn't even list it. I love mine, it's small and compact. If you want something bigger and heavier, go back to 1980.

Firstly, there is no indication that this device has been modified by a third party. Second, there are two buttons on the front panel of the BR player. None of them worked, I tapped the front of the device. Third, I followed the instructions on a page for changing zones and when I tried nothing happened and I tried troubleshooting but nothing worked. us that they have been modified by a third party, which will void the Sony warranty.
