I love the coffee this thing makes. I will say that the drip tip could definitely be improved. I have yet to take it apart, but basically it doesn't go from "wide open" to "tightly closed". It spins in a circle that varies from a steady stream to (if you're lucky) drops every 3-5 seconds. Definitely could use some improvement in this area. All in all, I'd recommend it to a friend, but be sure to mention the "not so fun" part.

Easy to install and clean. Comes with a strainer and a small pack of white paper filters. The only comment I have is that the drip seems to slow down and sometimes stop over time. I only used this product once before the top tank shattered after being hit from the top of the bucket onto the countertop (a 6" drop maybe?). Very picky. The dripper is difficult to put in correctly and when the tank is half done it needs to be adjusted. The top looks very fragile, the glass bottom is fine. The wooden parts are crappy bamboo. I have bamboo cutting boards that are better and have never been shaped even if I didn't oil or dry them properly. While many reviews do have issues with the unit, for the price it works very well. The dripper is hard to come by, the stack isn't the sturdiest: the top is filled with ice and water, and the bottom is empty.
