Better than just rolling.

I recently wrote a review about such a trendy branded product. They work just as well or even better than fashion brands but at a much lower price. They include a good template for drilling screw holes. Makes my desktops portable yet firmly on the floor. Much better than just lockable casters which are a little wobbly and often get jammed under a bench. The only downside compared to casters is that they can hang on the sides of the bench and get in the way of other things. Probably not a…

Good videos but check all the details as soon as you get them.

I used these on a portable workbench I made with power tools attached, probably in the 400-500lb range. Rolls easily and seems to handle the weight with no problems. I give them a 2 because when I opened the installation box the jig made it easy to install, the ones on the casters had no threads. Dissatisfied. Return and re-order takes a few days. Luckily I had an M10 die and was able to tap enough threads for the caster to be usable. Otherwise I would probably rate them a 5.

They work under very high loads.

I used these to keep my anvil mobile. The stand and anvil together weigh nearly 500 pounds. The rollers seem to struggle a little with the weight, but maybe I'm just nervous because they lift it up with no problem. I can bend down and easily pick it up with my hands. It doesn't take much effort to get up. Since my stand is 10 sided I would happily buy 1 more instead of 4. I wish the wheels were bigger because I think it would help the stand roll better. It is difficult to get the stand moving…

Cheap building supply rolls

I have a 3-in-1 router that I've always found difficult to move due to the 800lb weight. When I found these casters for the workbench, I really felt like my problem was solved. My first problem was changing the lever so I could lift both reels at the same time. To do this, a piece of 1/4" flat bar was attached to two sinks with casters so they both click into place at the same time, on either end of the bench.
