Great item in tool box

Good quality. Used it on the castle nut for my supply and to break the seal on the barrel nut. Was easy to use and could easily break the seal. Very happy with this product

Too bad I didn't read the reviews first

Like many of the reviewers here, I had to modify the teeth with a Dremel tool to fit the tabs into the receiver extension nut slots, which I found awkward. On the other hand, it was cheap and decently built.

Does what it was made for

I bought 2 because I got tired of constantly looking for the only locknut wrench I've had in years and the red handle makes it easier to find. Works great with all the locknuts I've tried and has enough clearance not to scratch the locknut surface. 5 Stars!

I will not buy again. for wrench

Should have read reviews before buying. I'm a gunsmith and I use a crappy thin cheap wrench. This one seemed like an upgrade until I tried it on a castellated nut. Why sell something as a tool specifically for a castellated nut, but it needs to be modified to make it work.

DOES NOT fit AR-15 mil spec castle nut

DOES NOT fit AR-15 mil spec castle nut on bottom of receiver. Don't waste your time and money! Poorly described as suitable for this type of platform. Disappointed to say the least! I messed up my original mil-spec castellated nut on my rifle. Now I have to buy a new one. A simple and inexpensive end plate replacement project turned into extra work and a lot of money. A shame.
