Bought this to finish the edges of cream chiffon as I didn't like the look of the cord. I'm not sure if it says it can be used in an serger or not. I ran an extra spool full of this to have 3 strands. I don't think I'll try again. Although I was able to neaten the edges, I had many issues with thread breakage and had to stop to re-kick many times.

I really like the color of this yarn and was looking forward to using it for a few projects. I already had the red used previously and the quality of the red seemed great. The quality of this green thread does not seem to be the same. With the same settings and adjustments that worked perfectly for red, green continues to break or twist as it comes off the spool. It seems to be badly wound on the spool as the thread itself is twisted. I tried ripping off a small thread hoping it would be better

When I wanted to use this thread, there was a bunch of broken threads and I couldn't find the right thread to string. When I finally found it, it was entangled with all the other threads and I spent almost 20 minutes trying to untangle it. I tried actually using yarn and it kept breaking while trying to sew it. The thread is exactly what I wanted. However, the coil leaves a lot to be desired. The thread was half off the spool when I received it - literally slipped off and was in a lump. I moved it back as best I could but it's still a mess. I actually *needed* the thread when I ordered it and didn't have time to send it back and get a replacement (which could very well be in the same or worse condition than the one I received), so I saved them .
