Spectre Performance 2008B Magna-Braid Fuel Line: Efficient and Durable Fuel Line Solution for Enhanced Performance Review

I have had trouble getting the wrong size from different sources several times. I suspect it was a manufacturing defect and incorrect labeling.

I used it on a propane line for my chipmunk camper. I cut the braid with a sharp HD pair of scissors and was able to slip it over the new hose and fitting and then tape the ends with tape. so far everything was fine.

I bought this to cover the propane hose on a BBQ grill but it was too small to fit the end fitting. This is what the seller says braided stainless steel hose cap, not for show cars but will add style or protection when installed.

Length measured horizontally and stretched to maximum. Order 2-3-4 times more than you need. The reel is secured with clips, the clips cut the stranded wire leaving sharp punctures. rusts quickly. impossible to clean, especially with all those sharp stainless steel points sticking out of them. do not buy.

This product is a disaster from the start. First, I believe two buzzing metal pins are poked through the entire hairspring to stretch it to about the same tension as a fully wound clockspring. After pulling it out of the shell of a clam, it unwinds on pins, leaving you with bits of a torn and unraveled braid.
