the wire mesh was horrible and the ends were sticking out everywhere and its just a cover not a finish but worse than that is the fact that when it gets hot it smells so bad of old rubber it burns my lungs, i can't use it and had to throw it away.

I was very disappointed with this "braided" hose. I expected it to be on par with a similar braided hose I've bought in the recent past. I switched to this brand because of the very reasonable price per foot. But it wasn't worth the money I spent on this item. This hose is only good for show and nothing more.
