Wasn't as tight as it should be compared to other manufacturers but was made with a slightly tighter clamp but worked for my 96 7.3 Powerstroke

Chrome broke right out of the box. Use to build up the Ls3 consumption. Worked great. I ended up powder coating it so the chrome imperfections didn't bother me too much.

I bought this for a DIY cold air intake for a 1997 F250 7.3L and it worked perfectly. I would like to say that this is the most beautifully packaged product I have bought in a long time. It is well packed in a box with a cloth bag to protect the hose. Very high quality!

I installed this on my early 99 7.3 and it works great to connect the stock air intake to an Amsoil air filter. I was able to handle hill traction better without lowering the rpm to keep the EGT from blowing holes in my pistons. I used to have a 3" PVC elbow that worked satisfactorily but offers much better cross sectional area and a smoother transition from the filter to the intake manifold.
