Stylish and visible

Very cool, if not perfect (to me). They are very easy to assemble (bar ends on the side) and can be removed at the marked ends to protect against theft when city traffic is closed. The picture is clear and quite wide-angled. In general they are great. My only criticism is more about the downtube bars than the mirrors. To use them, you have to look down so far that your eyes completely wander off the road in front of you, little better than just tilting your head back. So not perfect but still…

Very happy with the bike

I saw them in action on another bike and went to look. When they arrived in my vanity I thought they would affect the smoothness of my bike. Security considerations won out. Installation was easy - 5 minutes max. Once installed, it's time to experiment with tilting each mirror depending on your preferred riding position, and this will take some experimentation to find a good middle ground. Luckily, the mirrors are convex, which increases the field of view. After many rides I like them a lot…

add a few grams for safety

When you drive into the mountains of North Carolina most roads are narrow, this mirror makes driving on the road that little bit safer. sneak up on me Bright cars, white cars and cars with running (LED) headlights are much easier to see, but that's not a problem with mirrors, just so. I say that to say that mirrors are useful, but not just for the rear view. you still have to be vigilant. To me, they're most useful on narrow, winding roads when cars are behind and just can't get past, or when…

It's against Mirrycle against the take-a-look mirror with glasses

Once you've gotten used to the rear-view mirror, you hardly ever drive without it. It doesn't replace the over-the-shoulder look, but it does add a level of awareness and security that I appreciate. It also allows me to secretly check out other riders so I don't drop them on climbs ;-) I've used this, mirrycle and a mirror on take-a-look goggles. If aerodynamics, speed and style are not important to you then I would take the Mirrycle and put it on my city/gravel bike. Mirrycle is bigger…

Good product, better than nothing they tend to fall off.

I have a road bike and do long tours. It's hard at first to see movement in the mirror coming from behind until it's pretty close, but for me it gets better with use over a couple of rides. Visibility is better when falling in drops since the eyes are closer to the mirrors. Worst of all, the mirrors can easily be knocked out of the pivot then fall off the bike and get lost. This easily happens when the mirrors touch the object the bike is leaning against. I've already lost a mirror. The…
