After trying this kit, I'm hooked on sprouting! The stainless steel design is sturdy and easy to clean, and the clear lid lets ME monitor the progress of my sprouts. i love that I can grow my own fresh broccoli sprouts anytime, and they taste amazing in salads and sandwiches. When using them, I toss the rungs aside and try to force them to stick to the glass before standing the glass upright. Therefore, a lot of air gets into the rungs if they don't block the hole.
