Easy installation, stiffer back.

Installs black (1500 lb) on my Tundra 07 4x4. Very easy to assemble without lifting the truck, just loosen the 4 nuts on the U-bolts, pull out the old fender, put the sumo spring back in place and retighten the nuts. Now the truck drives very hard and quite briskly with no load. Haven't used them with any load yet but I expect they will do their intended job of keeping the truck level and minimizing squat. I had assist springs on my other truck and the hard ride is about the same so that's to…

Good product! for leaf springs

I installed these SumoSprings on my 07 Tundra 4x4 4WD camper before my last hike. I rode 40 miles over very rough terrain. and then 10 miles off-road. They were preformed exactly as advertised. It made the ride very comfortable and took the influence out of corners, and I never felt like the suspension bottomed out of balance. I also have a One Leaf Super Spring on each side of the main spring, but prior to installing the Sumo springs I didn't have a great ride and was not comfortable with the…

Easy to install, use when needed

Easy to install and maintenance free. I have a 2019 Tundra and am towing a 7000 lb RV with an 800 lb drawbar and can't stand the way my leaf springs rest on the lower safety bar. With a weight-distributing hitch without springs, the truck dropped 1 3/4 lengths from floor to fender. I originally bought the black ones but they only added me 3/8" so I still had 1 3/8" of sag. So I bought the yellow ones and got the best results. Satisfied. As for daily riding with the springs, it's stiffer in the…

Great for the tundra! for spare parts

I bought a 30ft camping trailer. Tundra pulled normally but sagged! I was about to buy an airbag system, but I read too many negative experiences on the internet. After too much research I decided to buy SumoSprings. Here's my review: Pros: - Easy installation (took less than an hour) - No worries or maintenance - Prevents the tundra from sagging too much - No change to normal driving (truck doesn't touch unloaded springs) - Price (much cheaper, than supercharged airbags) -Towing is more…

Great product! for shocks, struts and suspension

I will be doing the second part of the move from Washington to Maine soon (see Sumo Springs Review for Xterra at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZRWG910) , so I installed black sumo springs on my 2016 Nissan Frontier 4x4 pickup. I had originally considered airbags, but after my experience with Sumo Springs on XTerra, I realized that Sumo Springs provide comparable results at a much lower price. Even if you pay the dealer to install them ($70), they're still half the price of non-installed…

word to the wise. They don't solve all problems, at least in my case.

It's ok but they only solved half of my problem so be careful if you try to solve the same problem as me. It should be noted that my truck is permanently equipped with a construction machine cover at the rear. It's all aluminum so I'm not sure how much it weighs, it can hold eight hundred pounds. They're just glorified fenders, so they solved the problem of my truck going down on the factory fenders, but mostly because it's easy to do. on those big huge fenders. Now I have a new problem: my…
