I love that I can boil 14 eggs at once. However, I have found that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to fit the top shelf into the bottom one. I ended up doing that in my InstantPot and loading the eggs in, then fucking hoping the top shelf would stay delicately balanced while I filled it.

Pros - Quality seems excellent. The holder is very sturdy and durable. The concept is good. I give 3 stars for quality and design. I used this shelf once. Eggs are still broken open with this device. Cons: If you use both coasters at the same time, only medium or small eggs will fit. When using large eggs, the bottom shelf will prevent the eggs from staying in place on the top shelf. I found the best solution was to use egg bite molds instead. Soft silicone material prevents eggs from bursting.
